In my current role I work as an advocate for users with a cross-functional team to address client pain-points and goals by customizing IBM’s groundbreaking AI and Cloud technologies. I’ve been working with clients for 10+ years, and I’m passionate about human-centered approaches to research, brainstorming, design, and iteration to create more effective and enjoyable user experiences.

When I’m not practicing UX you can find me moonlighting at my local bookstore, weightlifting, or chilling with my cats. I’m happy to grow my non-feline network and would love to connect over
